Help me

Ive had this app for a long time now and I have unlimited saves. Its never given me any trouble until recently. Whenever I open the app it just stays on the green start screen. Ive tried deleting the app, closing my tabs, shutting off my phone, doing a force log off, and staying off the app for a few days and nothing is working. I asked around and now one of my pals is experiencing the same problems. I dont know whats going on but I spent ten dollars on this app and Id like for you to fix it.
